This is particular for admission In-Hospital via ER.
- Adherent should present his Medical Insurance Card as well as his ID Card. Provider will contact GlobeMed Lebanon for approval.
- Medical Report for Admission filled, stamped and signed by the attending physician should be provided later on by the provider.
NB: If adherent has NSSF coverage, he should get the NSSF approval and provide it to the provider.
