obtained final approval from the Egyptian Financial Supervision Authority in December 2008 as an Egyptian joint stock company subject to the provisions of Law No. 10 of 1981 and registered with the Authority under No. 27 of 2008 and commercial registration No. 33611. It began work in 2008.
The company's authorized capital:
- The authorized capital is 250 million Egyptian pounds.
- The issued and paid-up capital is 120 million Egyptian pounds, distributed among the shareholders structure according to the following:
- Delta Near East Holding SAL - 99.8% - a Lebanese joint stock company
- Michel Pierre Pharaon - 0.008% - former Lebanese Minister of Tourism and Lebanese businessman
- Pierre Michel Pharaon - 0.008% - Lebanese businessman
