Approval on the amendment of the Company's Articles of Association
The Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has approved amendments to the Articles of Association of Libano-Suisse Takaful Egypt, specifically to Articles 1, 3, 6, 7, and 55, along with an increase in the company’s paid up capital to EGP 190 million.
