Libano-Suisse Insurance is proud to be among the Gold Sponsors of Teach a Child an institution that assists underprivileged children in reintegrating into the education system amidst a persistent economic crisis. Libano-Suisse Insurance’s initiative falls within the framework of the company's social responsibility, which now prioritizes the educational sector, both at the school and university levels. This sector, which has historically been a point of national pride for Lebanon, is currently facing significant challenges.

As the president of Teach a Child, Lina Assaf, was to highlight during the annual dinner held in honor of the donors, today, 30% of primary and secondary school students drop out, 12% of Lebanese families send their children to work, and 38% of Lebanese students aged 15 and above decide to work without completing their education. Over the past school year, Teach a Child successfully enrolled 930 students with all expenses covered, and aims to reach 1200 children next year.

For Libano-Suisse Insurance, the potential of the educational sector remains immense despite all its challenges. Assisting in its revitalization will enhance social cohesion, promote economic development, and lay the groundwork for a promising future.
